What You’ll Be Doing:

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognition, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that get real results
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and dietary teams (teamwork makes the dream work)
• Coach residents, families, and caregivers on communication goals and strategies
• Track progress and adjust therapy as needed
• Foster a respectful, motivating, and resident-centered therapy environment

What You Bring to the Table:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license in the state of Ohio
• CCC preferred, but we welcome strong CFY candidates too
• Excellent communication skills (naturally!) and a collaborative spirit
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is a plus
