What You’ll Do:

• Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and state guidelines
• Monitor residents for responses to medications and report any concerns
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Accurately document medication administration and care activities
• Support individualized care plans alongside nurses and caregivers
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and uplifting environment
• Contribute to a positive resident experience through professional, compassionate care

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a state-approved Medication Aide training program
• Current MA-C, & STNA certification in the State of Ohio
• Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or memory care is a plus
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• A warm, patient, and resident-first mindset
