What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design and lead summer-themed wellness activities like outdoor movement classes, gardening groups, memory-friendly games, and arts & crafts.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and caregiving teams to tailor programs based on resident needs and abilities.
• Keep track of participation, feedback, and outcomes to fine-tune your magic.
• Stay current on senior wellness trends and sprinkle in fresh ideas to keep things exciting all summer long.

What You Bring to the Party:

• A bachelor’s degree in Recreation Therapy, Health Promotion, or a related field.
• Experience planning and leading engaging activities for older adults—bonus points for work in assisted living or memory care.
• A warm personality, strong communication skills, and an eye for details.
• Creativity that thrives in the summer sun (and maybe loves a good game of bean bag toss).
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
