Respiratory Therapist – PRN Opportunities at Kingston Healthcare

Schedule: PRN

Kingston Healthcare is seeking experienced and compassionate Respiratory Therapists (RRT or CRT) to join our clinical team. Whether you're looking for a full-time role or prefer the flexibility of part-time or PRN hours, we have options to fit your lifestyle. What You’ll Do

  • Provide respiratory treatments and therapies tailored to residents’ needs

  • Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to create and follow care plans

  • Perform assessments, monitor patient progress, and adjust therapy as needed

  • Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions, equipment, and home care practices

  • Document treatments and follow clinical protocols and regulatory standards

  • Contribute to a respectful, efficient, and resident-centered care culture

What You Bring

  • Active license as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

  • Valid state licensure to practice as a Respiratory Therapist

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Clinical experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or hospital settings is a plus

  • A dependable, team-oriented mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care
