Resident Assistant | Full-Time or Part-Time | Assisted Living & Senior Care | No Certification Required | Training Provided

Kingston Healthcare is hiring compassionate and dependable Resident Assistants to support our residents in living with dignity, comfort, and connection. Whether you’re experienced in senior care or just beginning your journey, you’ll be part of a team that values your heart and commitment to others.

Responsibilities: Assist residents with daily living activities including dressing, grooming, hygiene, and medication reminders. Provide respectful, person-centered care that promotes independence and emotional well-being. Build positive relationships with residents and contribute to a supportive community atmosphere. Encourage resident participation in activities and social programs. Maintain a clean, safe, and home-like environment. Work alongside nursing and care team members to support individualized care plans and daily routines.

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. CNA certification is a plus but not required. Prior experience in assisted living, senior care, or healthcare preferred but not required training is provided. Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented mindset. Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping others.
