Deliver compassionate, individualized nursing care that supports dignity and wellness
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor resident health changes and document with precision
Collaborate with RNs, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members on care plans
Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
Communicate openly with residents, families, and staff to support whole-person care
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Ohio
Current CPR certification
Experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, or long-term care preferred (training provided)
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Compassionate, team-first attitude with adaptability in a fast-paced environment
