State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) | Full-Time or Part-Time | Long-Term Care & Skilled Nursing | Ohio STNA Certification Required
Kingston Healthcare is hiring compassionate and reliable State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) across Ohio to support our residents with daily care and dignity. Whether you're experienced or just beginning your healthcare journey, you’ll find a welcoming, purpose-driven team ready to support your success.
Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility. Provide hands-on care that promotes comfort, safety, and overall well-being. Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, or condition to the nursing team. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment. Follow individualized care plans and support interdisciplinary collaboration. Build meaningful connections with residents and their families through kind, respectful interaction.
Qualifications: Active STNA certification in the State of Ohio required. CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain. Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Strong attention to detail. Experience in long-term care or assisted living is a plus but not required.
