Looking for a Unit Supervisor RN job in Ohio where your leadership and nursing expertise can make a real impact? Kingston Healthcare is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our leadership team as Unit Supervisors. In this role, you’ll guide and mentor nursing staff, ensure high standards of resident care, and foster a positive, respectful work environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight to LPNs, CNAs, and care staff

• Coordinate and implement individualized resident care plans

• Monitor compliance with state and federal nursing regulations, infection control, and patient safety protocols

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social services, and interdisciplinary team members

• Coach and support nursing staff with daily guidance, performance feedback, and training

• Promote communication and teamwork across all shifts

• Lead quality improvement initiatives to maintain excellent resident-centered care

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio (required)

• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory nursing role strongly preferred

• Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience a plus

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Knowledge of nursing best practices and senior care regulations

• Effective communicator with collaborative leadership style
