Looking for an LPN job in Ohio Assisted Living where your nursing skills and compassion truly matter? Kingston Healthcare is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for our Assisted Living community, and we’re seeking nurses who bring clinical expertise, a supportive spirit, and a passion for caring for seniors.
Provide resident-centered care that supports dignity and independence
Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and attention to safety
Monitor resident health changes and document findings clearly
Collaborate with RNs, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver personalized care plans
Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment while following infection control standards
Communicate with residents and families to build trust, support, and understanding
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Ohio
Current CPR certification
Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or senior care preferred (training available)
Strong assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills
Team-player mentality with flexibility to support daily needs
Compassionate, resident-first approach to nursing care

What shifts are available? Full-time and part-time LPN positions with flexible self-scheduling on day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Do I need prior experience? Experience in assisted living or senior care is preferred but not required—training and support are provided.
