What You'll Be Doing:

• Deliver warm, person-centered nursing care
• Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and empathy
• Monitor residents’ health and update care plans as needed
• Collaborate with families and care teams to support each resident’s needs

What You Bring:

• Active LPN license in the State of New Mexico
• CPR certification
• Experience in long-term care, memory care, or assisted living preferred—but we’ll train the right candidate
• A calm presence, strong clinical skills, and a heart for helping others
• Excellent documentation, communication, and teamwork abilities
