Kingston Healthcare in Santa Fe is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, you’ll be part of a supportive environment where your work is valued and your growth is supported.
Responsibilities: Assist residents with daily living tasks including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility. Deliver compassionate, hands-on care that promotes dignity, safety, and comfort. Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the care team. Follow individualized care plans and support licensed nurses in daily care routines. Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment. Build positive, respectful relationships with residents and their families.
Qualifications: Active CNA certification in the State of New Mexico required. CPR certification preferred. Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or memory care is a plus. Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care. Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
