What You'll Do as an LPN

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a resident-centered environment
• Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and care
• Monitor and report health changes and assist with care plan updates
• Support residents in daily living tasks with dignity and encouragement
• Create a positive, safe, and welcoming environment
• Communicate clearly with residents, families, and team members

What You’ll Bring

• Active LPN license in the state of Indiana
• CPR certification
• Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or senior care preferred
• Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills
