Medication Aide – QMA | Full-Time or Part-Time | Long-Term Care | Assisted Living | Indiana Certification Required

Responsibilities: Administer medications accurately in accordance with physician orders and Indiana state guidelines. Observe and document resident responses to medications. Assist residents with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Maintain accurate and timely records for medication administration and care activities. Collaborate with nurses and other care team members to ensure individualized, person-centered care. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff. Help create a safe, respectful, and supportive living environment for residents.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a state-approved Medication Aide training program. Active QMA certification in the State of Indiana. Experience in long-term care, memory care, or assisted living preferred. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a resident-first attitude. Commitment to teamwork and high standards of care.
