Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Assisted Living | Full-Time or Part-Time | Fort Wayne, IN | Indiana CNA Certification Required
Kingston Residence of Fort Wayne is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support residents in our Assisted Living community. Whether you're new to healthcare or bringing years of experience, you’ll join a compassionate, resident-focused team in a setting that feels like home.
Responsibilities: Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility. Provide hands-on care with dignity, compassion, and respect. Monitor resident health and behavior and promptly report changes to the care team. Support personalized care plans that reflect each resident’s unique needs. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Offer companionship and emotional support that enhances quality of life.
Qualifications: Active CNA certification in the State of Indiana required. CPR certification preferred. Experience in Assisted Living or senior care preferred but not required. Resident-centered mindset and strong interpersonal skills. Team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
