Your Day-to-Day as an LPN in Memory Care

• Deliver personalized nursing care that meets the unique needs of residents with memory loss
• Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and care
• Support residents with structured routines and calming activities
• Recognize and respond to changes in condition, collaborating with care teams and families
• Provide emotional support and professional guidance through transitions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and home-like care environment

What We’re Looking For

• Active LPN license in the state of Indiana
• CPR certification
• Experience in memory care, long-term care, or skilled nursing preferred—but we’ll train the right candidate
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Calm, patient-centered approach
• Dependable team player who brings empathy to every interaction
