Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Memory Care | Full-Time or Part-Time | Fort Wayne, IN | Indiana CNA Certification Required

Kingston at Dupont is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated Memory Care team. If you’re compassionate, patient, and committed to providing dignified, person-centered care for individuals living with Alzheimer’s and dementia, this is an opportunity to grow your career in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility. Provide hands-on, respectful care that supports emotional and physical wellbeing. Create a calm and structured environment tailored to the needs of residents with memory loss. Monitor and report changes in health or behavior to the nursing team. Participate in cognitive and sensory engagement activities. Offer emotional support and reassurance to both residents and their families. Collaborate with nurses, activity coordinators, and fellow CNAs to follow personalized care plans.

Qualifications: Active CNA certification in the State of Indiana required. CPR certification preferred. Experience in dementia care, assisted living, or long-term care is a plus. A calm, patient, and resident-focused approach. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Willingness to learn and grow within the Memory Care specialty.
