Occupational Therapist (OT) | PRN | Skilled Nursing & Rehab | Indiana OT License Required

Kingston Healthcare is seeking Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team across our Indiana locations. With with a formal PRN agreement, this role offers meaningful clinical impact in a supportive, resident-focused environment.

Responsibilities: Perform thorough occupational therapy evaluations and develop customized treatment plans. Deliver individualized therapy sessions to help residents regain independence and improve daily living skills. Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency of care. Educate residents, families, and team members on treatment goals, adaptive techniques, and progress. Adjust care plans as needed based on outcomes and resident goals. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and clinical standards. Foster a safe, motivating environment that supports resident engagement and progress.

Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Active OT license in the State of Indiana required. Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred; new grads welcome with strong clinical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
