Kingston Care Center of Fort Wayne is hiring compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dedicated care team. Whether your clinical interests lie in Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, Respiratory Therapy, or Short-Term Rehab, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a resident-focused setting that values your leadership and heart for care.
Responsibilities: Deliver resident-centered nursing care in alignment with individualized care plans. Administer medications, treatments, and wound care with clinical accuracy and compassion. Monitor changes in resident conditions and respond promptly and professionally. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality outcomes. Supervise and support LPNs and nursing assistants to ensure high standards of care. Foster a safe, supportive, and healing environment that promotes dignity and wellness.
Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Indiana required. CPR certification required. Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, long-term care, or respiratory care preferred but not required. Strong clinical skills and critical thinking. Compassionate communication and leadership ability. Adaptability and a team-first approach in a fast-paced care environment.
