Unit Supervisor (RN) – Day Shift | Full-Time | Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care | Indiana RN License Required

Kingston Healthcare is hiring a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Unit Supervisor on the day shift at one of our Indiana locations. This leadership opportunity is ideal for an experienced RN looking to step into a role that combines clinical excellence with team support and resident impact.

Responsibilities: Provide clinical supervision and leadership to nursing staff on the day shift. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and oversee personalized care plans. Monitor care quality and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, documentation standards, and internal protocols. Support performance improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery and operational efficiency. Mentor LPNs and CNAs, offering daily guidance, coaching, and training. Foster open communication, teamwork, and a positive unit culture. Ensure a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for both residents and staff.

Qualifications: Active RN license in the State of Indiana required. CPR certification required. Previous experience in nursing leadership, long-term care, or skilled nursing preferred. Strong clinical judgment, time management, and team leadership skills. Ability to mentor and motivate team members in a fast-paced setting. Clear, compassionate communication and a resident-centered mindset.
