What You’ll Do
Provide patient-centered nursing care that supports dignity and respect
Administer medications and treatments with clinical accuracy
Monitor and document resident health changes
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members on care plans
Communicate with residents and families to support whole-person care
Ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all
What We’re Looking For
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Indiana
Current CPR certification
Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or skilled nursing preferred
Strong clinical skills, detail-oriented, and compassionate mindset
Team player with excellent communication skills
