Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) | PRN | Skilled Nursing & Rehab | Indiana PTA License Required

Kingston Healthcare is seeking Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our care and rehabilitation team across our Indiana locations. In this role, you'll help residents regain mobility, strength, and independence through goal-oriented, hands-on therapy in a supportive and team-centered environment.

Responsibilities: Carry out therapy plans developed by the Physical Therapist. Lead residents through targeted exercise programs and mobility training tailored to individual goals. Monitor progress, document therapy sessions, and update care team on outcomes. Support residents with encouragement, consistency, and professional guidance throughout their rehab journey. Collaborate with nursing, caregivers, and therapy staff to ensure coordinated care. Maintain a safe, respectful, and motivating treatment environment.

Qualifications: Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Active PTA license in the State of Indiana required. Strong communication and organizational skills. Positive attitude and commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care. Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehab settings preferred but not required.
