Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
Monitor health changes and update care plans as needed
Collaborate with residents, families, and fellow care professionals
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
Support residents with empathy, patience, and a positive attitude
Help residents feel comfortable, respected, and at home
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina
Current CPR certification
Experience in assisted living, skilled nursing, or long-term care preferred (training available)
Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
Reliability, teamwork, and a steady, caring presence

What shifts are available? Full-time and part-time LPN jobs with flexible self-scheduling, including day, evening, and weekend shifts.
