Kingston Healthcare in Hickory, NC is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. Responsibilities: Assist residents with daily living tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, eating, and mobility. Deliver direct, hands-on care that promotes resident comfort, dignity, and safety. Monitor and report vital signs or changes in condition to nursing staff. Help maintain a clean, organized, and positive environment. Collaborate with nurses and follow individualized care plans. Qualifications: Active CNA certification in the State of North Carolina required. CPR certification preferred. Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing a plus, but not required. Compassionate, team-oriented, and dependable. Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
