Kingston Healthcare is seeking a dedicated, Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and order are maintained throughout our healthcare facility. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to excellence will contribute to the overall well-being of our residents, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring a high level of performance and fostering a positive work environment.
• Oversee and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in patient rooms, common areas, and administrative offices.
• Collaborate with other departments to address facility maintenance needs and ensure a safe and hygienic environment for all.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and quality control measures to meet healthcare industry regulations and standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage equipment to support efficient and effective housekeeping operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or environmental services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse team and address any concerns or conflicts in a professional manner.
• Knowledge of infection control practices and regulations related to healthcare facility cleanliness and sanitation.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, organize workflow, and manage resources to meet operational goals and deadlines.
