Your Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to deliver high-quality, individualized resident care.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff, fostering professional growth and inclusivity.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and uphold nursing practice standards.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and implement best practices.
• Serve as a liaison among staff, residents, and families, promoting communication and positive relationships.
• Develop and lead staff education and training programs.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts for top nursing talent.

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a current license in the state of Indiana.
• Minimum Two Years of Nursing Leadership Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to best practices in nursing care.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Dedication to professional growth and staying current on industry trends and regulations.
