What You’ll Do:

• Develop, implement, and evaluate training programs for nursing staff

• Facilitate ongoing education focused on clinical skills, cultural competence, and inclusive care practices

• Collaborate with nursing leadership to assess learning needs and align training with organizational goals

• Mentor staff, offering coaching and guidance to promote professional growth

• Monitor and adjust training effectiveness through feedback and outcomes

• Support compliance with state and federal clinical training requirements

• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement

What You Bring:

• Active RN license in the State of Ohio (required)

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred)

• At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience

• Experience in staff development, clinical education, or training (preferred)

• Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion in healthcare

• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
